As part of the Nitros Bootcamp Competition we were fortunate to have received an excellent coaching under the expert guidance of Kishore. We are mostly runners in our regular physical activity. The tough and High Intensive varied workouts will surely make you pant and sweat but also leave you with a feeling that you have bettered your best in the end. I would strongly recommend these as part of cross training for any individual who is desirous of increasing all round endurance and stamina.
