Raj Kishor is a highly accomplished and dedicated fitness professional with over 12 years of experience in the personal training industry. He holds a Master of Science in Fitness, Exercise Rehabilitation, and Nutritional Care, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education from the prestigious YMCA College of Physical Education, Chennai.
Raj began his career as a personal trainer at Talwalkars, one of India’s leading fitness chains, where he honed his expertise in individualized fitness programming. Known for his motivational training style, Raj combines scientific knowledge with practical experience to help clients achieve lasting results.
